Most of our chocolates are Candy Creams made in a candy pot and whipped on a cold slab rendering a cookie dough like consistency. Cream candy is buttery, sweet and creamy and melts in your mouth with each bite. We also have many decadent chocolate ganache centers that are melted with heavy cream, butter and flavor infusions.
